Hi Juliet,

I really enjoyed being in Lyttelton, and having the Eastern play on board. They're great, and they played a cover of Old Crow Medicine Show's 'Wagon Wheel', which is one of my favourites.

The Greenpeace membership in Christchurch / Canterbury was emailed about the open days we held on the RW, and it was great to have such a big turn out there and meet a lot of supporters.

As for the Lyttleton crew specifically, we had some of the coordinators of the Port Lyttleton Project on board for the Green Drinks event. I would've loved to have been to the famous Lyttleton Farmers Market, but alas, I was working at the open day. I've heard very good things about it, so hopefully next time.... :-)

Hi,

I am so glad you send me this kind of information because it helps me make up my mind about who I want running my country and kind of leaves a sick feeling in my gut.

Keep up the good work you wonderful people.

Kindest regards,
Susan Carroll

The live duo on the clip is Eastern. Don't know her name, but Adam McGrath is the male singer. They play at various venues around Lyttelton, including our Farmers' Market.

Next time (if you are allowed) you come to Lyttelton, how about inviting your Lyttelton Membership to your drinks evening? We're all quietly doing out bit - some of us our doing time bank, Farmers' market, organising eco friencly festivals, gardening, doing things with Project Lyttelton and would like to have a 2-way dialogue, face to face with the Greenpeace workers. Greater involvement = more support.
