Like Greenpeace's oceans work, KASM is confronting hidden destruction. These gigantic mineral extracting corporations are the most immoral and destructive institutions on the planet. Think about it, these companies are collectively responsible for more wars, death and destruction than any other industry on earth. Rio Tinto are involved in these NZ seabed mining projects and the very notion that a company like Rio Tinto with such a legacy of human rights abuses and ecocide are dredging up NZs future should make Real Kiwis sick to their stomach.
